This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
There is no analytics on this site. Fonts and every other file load from this domain, so your browser does not contact Google or any other third party.
We only store what you send through the join form.
The form asks for your name, email address, organisation, role and message. We store those details with the date you sent them. We use them only to reply to you and to talk with you about joining.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give with the tick box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Submissions are deleted after twelve months.
We delete each submission twelve months after we receive it, unless you have become a member by then. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone. Nothing from the form goes to a mailing service.
Cloudflare hosts the site and the form for us.
Cloudflare acts as our processor. It handles technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database that stays within the European Union. We have not switched on visitor logging or analytics.
You can see, correct or delete your details.
Write to hello@deltav-europe.eu and we will act within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
